Synthflow Alternatives 2026: Published Prices Instead of an Enterprise Quote
Published · prices checked October 26, 2026
Key takeaways
- Synthflow publishes no plan price; its enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year (read October 26, 2026).
- At 13 three-minute calls a day, ready-made AI receptionists cost $129 to $695.30 a month, and Bland's platform talk time is $163.80.
- What Synthflow's contract adds is the build. Bland, Retell AI and Vapi sell that help on custom enterprise terms; Dialzara and NextPhone publish a price for it.
- At 13 calls a day Goodcall costs the least of the ready-made receptionists in our table, $129.
Synthflow publishes no plan price: its pricing page, read October 26, 2026, says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year. Every alternative below publishes one. At 13 three-minute calls a day, ready-made AI receptionists cost $129 to $695.30 a month, and Bland's platform talk time is $163.80.
What does Synthflow cost?
One tier, Enterprise, with a floor and no ceiling: "Final pricing is scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs, and launch support." (synthflow.ai/pricing, read October 26, 2026). No billing unit, rounding rule or trial is published. What the contract covers is on Synthflow pricing.

Our arithmetic: each vendor's cheapest published plan for that volume plus its published overage, at 3-minute calls. Goodcall bills per unique caller; we count every call as a new caller. Taxes, setup fees and add-ons are not included. How we price.
Rows marked "build your own" are platform usage before the phone line and the build. The rest are ready-made receptionists at their plan price. Synthflow reads quote only at every volume; Vapi reads not computable, because its hosting fee excludes the model, speech and voice.
Who builds it for you, and what that costs
Synthflow's contract includes "Implementation, onboarding, testing, training, launch support, and ongoing optimization". If that help is why you looked at Synthflow, here is who else sells it:
| Service | Who builds the agent | Published price for that help |
|---|---|---|
| Synthflow (build your own) | Synthflow, under the contract | Contracts from $30,000 a year |
| Bland (build your own) | "Enterprise plans include FDE support" (forward-deployed engineers) | Custom, "Contracted to your volume" |
| Retell AI (build your own) | "Dedicated Implementation Support (add-on)" on Enterprise | Custom pricing |
| Vapi (build your own) | Premier: "Named support team with Agent Strategist, FDE Advisor, and onboarding support" | Custom, direct sales only |
| Dialzara | Done for You!: "Our AI experts do it all for you." | From $1,500 a month |
| NextPhone | Growth plan: "Who builds your agent" reads "Our team" | $299/month for unlimited calls |

The three platforms keep their build help behind a sales call, as Synthflow does. Dialzara and NextPhone print a number.
What each alternative does better and worse than Synthflow
Bland
Better: a public rate, $0.14 a minute with the model, speech and voice included, and no platform fee on Start. Worse: on self-serve plans you build the agent yourself, and transfer minutes bill on top. See Bland pricing.
Retell AI
Better: start on $10 of free credits and pay $0.07 to $0.31 a minute, metered to the second. Worse: the build is yours unless you buy Enterprise, and telephony is billed separately. See Retell AI pricing.
Vapi
Better: "Provider costs with no markup" and a free tier to build on. Worse: no all-in rate; its own calculator gives $82 to $129 for 1,000 minutes. See Vapi pricing.
Dialzara
Better: a self-serve entry plan at $29/month (60 minutes), and a done-for-you service with a published floor. Worse: at 13 calls a day the self-serve plan costs $408.50, and when minutes run out without auto-recharge "callers go straight to voicemail" (dialzara.com/pricing, read October 27, 2026). See Dialzara pricing.
Goodcall
Better: $129 at 13 calls a day, the least of the ready-made receptionists in the table, with "Spam and wrong numbers don't count" (goodcall.com/faq, read October 27, 2026). Worse: you set the agent up yourself, and there is no pause option for a slow season. See Goodcall pricing.
NextPhone
Better: a published price for a receptionist its team builds, $299/month for unlimited calls, with no per-minute charge. Worse: it is built for one business's calls, not the "Custom concurrency planning, routing, escalation paths" an enterprise contract scopes. See NextPhone pricing.
Where Synthflow is still the better buy
Synthflow fits an operation measured in thousands of calls that wants one vendor to scope telephony, integrations, security review and launch together. It says it is "Powering over 65M+ voice calls every month in 30+ countries" (synthflow.ai/pricing, read October 26, 2026); we report the claim and do not test it.
Against a hire: one full-time receptionist on the BLS median wage costs $52,782 a year with benefits and turnover, per our hire vs AI receptionist model.
Which alternative fits which situation
Best for a published price on a done-for-you build: NextPhone or Dialzara
NextPhone's Growth plan, $299/month for unlimited calls, has its team build the agent. Dialzara's Done for You! starts at $1,500 a month. Neither scopes enterprise telephony or security review.
Best for building it yourself on a public rate: Bland
$163.80 of talk time at 13 calls a day, with the model and voice included. Telephony and transfer minutes are extra.
Best for 13 calls a day: Goodcall
$129, the least of the ready-made receptionists in the table at that volume.
How to move off Synthflow
Synthflow's pricing page publishes no term, notice period or number-porting rule; all of it is in the contract. Before you sign anything new, read your contract's end date and renewal clause, and ask in writing whether a number on "Synthflow Native Telephony" can be ported out.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is cheaper than Synthflow?
Synthflow publishes no plan price, only an enterprise floor of $30,000 a year. Ready-made AI receptionists publish monthly prices of $129 to $695.30 at 13 three-minute calls a day (prices checked October 26, 2026), and Bland's platform rate is $0.14 a minute.
Does Synthflow have a self-serve plan?
Not on its pricing page, read October 26, 2026. The page lists one Enterprise tier and a sales contact; Vapi, Retell AI and Bland each publish a self-serve rate.
Which voice AI platform will build the agent for me?
Synthflow includes implementation in its enterprise contract. Bland's Enterprise plans include forward-deployed engineers, Retell AI sells implementation support as an Enterprise add-on, and Vapi's Premier tier has an onboarding team; all three are custom-priced. Among ready-made receptionists, NextPhone's Growth plan and Dialzara's Done for You! service publish a price.
Is Synthflow worth it for a small business?
At a few calls a day the arithmetic is against it. Synthflow's stated floor is $30,000 a year, while published AI receptionist plans cost $129 to $695.30 a month at 13 three-minute calls a day. The contract does include the build, which those plans leave to you or price separately.
How these numbers were made
Every vendor price on this page was read from the vendor's own pricing page on the date in its Source cell and saved as a dated capture. Monthly costs use each vendor's cheapest published plan for the volume plus its published overage, at 3-minute calls. The in-house figure uses the BLS median wage for receptionists over 2,080 paid hours (paid leave included), other employer benefit costs and turnover, each from the BLS release named below. Vendors that hide prices stay in the tables as quote only. We do not test answering quality and publish no ratings.
