Synthflow Pricing 2026: Enterprise Contracts and What They Cover

Published · prices checked October 26, 2026

Key takeaways

  • Synthflow has no cost we can show at 3, 5 or 13 calls a day: it publishes no self-serve plan, billing unit, rounding rule or trial.
  • Its only published figure is a floor: enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support.
  • The contract includes implementation, testing, training and launch support, the build work the self-serve platforms leave to you.

Synthflow publishes no self-serve price: its pricing page, read October 26, 2026, says "Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually." Synthflow is a build-your-own voice AI platform sold as an enterprise contract, so every cost below reads quote only.

Our arithmetic: each vendor's cheapest published plan for that volume plus its published overage, at 3-minute calls. Taxes, setup fees and add-ons are not included. How we price.

The page has one tier and one button, "Contact Sales". The floor is a quoted figure, not a plan we can price: "Final pricing is scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs, and launch support." (synthflow.ai/pricing, read October 26, 2026)

What a Synthflow contract covers

The pricing page lists six things the contract scopes. Two of them are the work a self-serve platform leaves to you:

  • "Implementation, onboarding, testing, training, launch support, and ongoing optimization"
  • "Custom concurrency planning, routing, escalation paths, handoffs, and fallback logic"

The others cover telephony ("Synthflow Native Telephony, SIP trunking, or approved enterprise telephony"), integrations, security review, and "Enterprise SLA and support terms scoped in contract."

That is the real difference from Vapi, Retell AI and Bland. On those three, the per-minute rate buys the platform and you build the receptionist. Synthflow sells the platform and the build together, at a price set per contract.

For scale, here is a year at 13 three-minute calls a day on published prices. Bland's talk time comes to $1,966, before telephony, transfer minutes and the build. NextPhone costs $2,388 and Smith.ai AI Receptionist $8,344. Synthflow's stated floor is $30,000 a year, at any volume.

How Synthflow counts a minute

  • Billing unit: Annual enterprise contract, quote only
  • Rounding: Not published
  • Time billed beyond the call: Not published
  • Spam and short calls: Not published
  • Setup fee: Not published
  • Contract: Annual enterprise contract
  • Trial: None found

None of these terms is on the pricing page. They sit in the contract, which we did not read.

The catch

  1. The floor is annual. $30,000 a year is more than Smith.ai AI Receptionist's $8,344 at 13 calls a day. The page's own pitch is "Enterprise Voice AI Pricing".
  2. Nothing about the meter is public. No billing unit, rounding rule, spam policy or transfer rule is on the page. You learn them in the contract.
  3. No way to try it alone. The page offers "Get a demo" and "Contact Sales", and no trial or free tier.

What to ask Synthflow before you sign

The contract holds every term the pricing page leaves out. Get these in writing:

  • The unit and the rounding: per minute, per call or per seat, and how a partial minute bills.
  • Transfers and hold: whether the AI fee keeps running after a handoff. Retell AI, for comparison, publishes that its AI fee stops at a transfer.
  • Spam and short calls: whether robocalls and hang-ups count toward volume.
  • The term and the exit: length, renewal and notice, given the annual floor.
  • Your number: whether a number on "Synthflow Native Telephony" can be ported out when you leave.

Where Synthflow is a good buy

At thousands of calls, with a voice agent you want the vendor to build, test and run, the contract includes the work self-serve platforms leave to you. Synthflow says it is "Powering over 65M+ voice calls every month in 30+ countries" (synthflow.ai/pricing, read October 26, 2026); we report that claim and do not test it.

Rows marked "build your own" are platform usage only; the other rows are a ready-made receptionist's plan price at that volume. Among the ready-made receptionists in the table, Goodcall costs the least at 13 calls a day, $129. Every option priced against Synthflow is on Synthflow alternatives; the build-or-buy question is on build your own AI receptionist.

How these numbers were made

Every vendor price on this page was read from the vendor's own pricing page on the date in its Source cell and saved as a dated capture. Monthly costs use each vendor's cheapest published plan for the volume plus its published overage, at 3-minute calls. Vendors that hide prices stay in the tables as quote only. We do not test answering quality and publish no ratings.
