Which AI Receptionists Integrate With Clio, HubSpot, Jobber and More (2026)

Published · prices checked October 26, 2026

Key takeaways

  • Read October 27, 2026: 8 of 18 vendors we track write to HubSpot built in, 5 of 18 to Clio and 3 of 18 to Jobber.
  • Jobber, ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro list none of the vendors we track in their app directories: every built-in cell there rests on the vendor's own pages.
  • Via Zapier means a Zap you build and pay Zapier for, not an integration the vendor built. Not documented is not a no.
  • Vendor marketing and official lists disagree: My AI Front Desk's law pages claim native Clio, MyCase and Lawmatics that its own integrations page does not list.
  • No cell has been checked on a test account yet. Built-in cells are either a tool directory listing or the vendor's own documentation, and each tool page says which.

8 of 18 receptionist vendors we track write to HubSpot built in, 5 of 18 to Clio and 3 of 18 to Jobber, on pages read October 27, 2026. We read the integration pages of all 18 and the app directories of 8 business tools. Most other cells are a Zapier Zap you set up yourself, or not documented at all.

Yes means built in, Zapier means a Zap you set up, No doc means not documented. Live only means the vendor's page lists its live receptionists for that tool, not its AI product. Build-your-own voice platforms carry their label.

Across the 198 cells (18 vendors, 11 tools), the matrix holds 56 built in, 87 via Zapier and 55 not documented. Smith.ai and Abby Connect show a built-in cell for 10 of the 11 tools each. Smith.ai's pages tie three of its ten to its live receptionists, not its AI Receptionist: Jobber, ServiceTitan and Google Calendar. Goodcall shows none built in and 10 via Zapier. Simple Phones and Slang.ai document no named tool at all, and RingCentral AI Receptionist has no documented cell, for the reason below.

What the three values mean

Yes, built in. The vendor's own pages, or the tool's app directory, describe a direct connection. Built in is not the same as self-serve. Abby Connect says: "Everything in our catalog is a native integration we build for you during onboarding." (abby.com/integration/zapier, read October 27, 2026)

Via Zapier. The vendor has a Zapier app with a call trigger, the tool's Zapier app has a write action, and the vendor documents Zapier. That makes a Zap possible, nothing more: you build it, map the fields and pay Zapier for it. No Zapier price is in any number on this site.

What a Zap can write is capped by the tool's own Zapier app. The action we found for each tool:

ToolThe write action its Zapier app offers
ClioCreate Person Contact
MyCaseCreate Call
LawmaticsCreate Contact
HubSpotCreate Contact
GoHighLevelAdd/Update Contact (through its LeadConnector app)
JobberCreate Client
ServiceTitanCreate Booking
Housecall ProCreate Customer
Google CalendarCreate Detailed Event
CalendlyBook Meeting for Invitee
TowbookNo Towbook trigger or action on Zapier

The trigger side fires when a call is over. Upfirst's page puts it plainly: "every time your AI receptionist completes a call, the details are pushed into Zapier" (upfirst.ai/integrations/zapier, read October 27, 2026). So a Zap files the record after the caller hangs up. It cannot offer the caller open times during the call; for that, you need a built-in calendar cell.

Not documented. Neither the vendor's pages nor the tool's directory show a connection. That is not a no. Simple Phones names no tool but says "our team can dive in and figure out how to make it work with your back end" (simplephones.ai, read October 27, 2026). Ask for a test call before you count on it.

How each cell was verified

Each built-in cell carries one of two levels, printed in the "How we know" column of every tool page:

  • Listed in the tool's app directory: the tool itself lists the vendor (Clio App Directory, HubSpot App Marketplace, HighLevel Marketplace, the MyCase and Lawmatics integration lists). That is the strongest public evidence. 19 of the 56 built-in cells have it.
  • Vendor's own documentation: an integration page, help article or developer doc from the vendor. 37 built-in cells rest on this alone, and so do all 87 Zapier cells.

We have not connected any test accounts. No cell on this site has been checked end to end with a real call writing a real record.

How many receptionists write to each tool

Counts are out of the 18 vendors we track, read October 27, 2026. Each tool name links its page, with the evidence for every cell.

  • Clio: 5 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, NextPhone, Ruby, Smith.ai and Upfirst), every one listed in the Clio App Directory. 9 of 18 via Zapier.
  • MyCase: 4 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, NextPhone, Ruby and Smith.ai); only Ruby and Smith.ai are in the MyCase list, and NextPhone's direct connection needs MyCase Advanced.
  • Lawmatics: 3 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, NextPhone and Smith.ai). The page covers who updates an existing contact and who files a new prospect on every call.
  • HubSpot: 8 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, Bland, My AI Front Desk, NextPhone, Retell AI, Rosie, Smith.ai and Synthflow), 6 of them in HubSpot's marketplace. 4 of 18 not documented.
  • GoHighLevel: 7 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, My AI Front Desk, NextPhone, Retell AI, Smith.ai, Synthflow and Vapi). Three of the 4 marketplace apps belong to build-your-own platforms.
  • Google Calendar: 11 of 18 built in, all from vendor documentation: we used no directory for calendars. Smith.ai's page lists its live receptionists only.
  • Calendly: 9 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, Bland, NextPhone, Posh, Retell AI, Rosie, Ruby, Smith.ai and Upfirst).
  • Jobber: 3 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, NextPhone and Smith.ai), none in Jobber's marketplace, and plan rules on both sides. Smith.ai's page lists its live receptionists only.
  • ServiceTitan: 2 of 18 built in (Abby Connect and Smith.ai), both from vendor pages; Smith.ai's lists its live receptionists only. 12 of 18 via Zapier.
  • Housecall Pro: 3 of 18 built in (Abby Connect, My AI Front Desk and Smith.ai). Its Zapier app has one write action, Create Customer.
  • Towbook: 1 of 18 built in (NextPhone), from the vendor's own page. 17 of 18 not documented; the page covers what a tow company should ask.

Where vendor marketing and the official lists disagree

The matrix follows the strongest document, not the loudest one.

My AI Front Desk: law and trade pages claim more than its integrations page

Its Clio landing page says "Frontdesk integrates natively with Clio" and "Native integrations with Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics" (myaifrontdesk.com/answering-service-for-law-firms/clio, read October 27, 2026). Its plumbing page claims "Native integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber" (myaifrontdesk.com/answering-service-for-plumbers/servicetitan, same date). Its official integrations page lists HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Calendar and Zapier among 12 entries.

Its help center adds Housecall Pro, which the matrix counts as built in. Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, Jobber and ServiceTitan stay via Zapier until a setup document exists.

Its strength: it is one of the 4 vendors we track with a vendor-built app in the HighLevel Marketplace, and the only AI receptionist of the 4.

Phonely: a HubSpot page with no HubSpot docs

Phonely's HubSpot page says "the system automatically creates new leads, contacts, and activities in HubSpot" (phonely.ai/integration/hubspot, read October 27, 2026). Its product docs list Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Make and Zapier, with no HubSpot, and HubSpot's marketplace does not list it. We record HubSpot via Zapier. Its documented Google Calendar connection does book during the call: "Check availability and create appointments during a live call." (docs.phonely.ai, read October 27, 2026)

RingCentral: the phone system is listed, the AI Receptionist is not

"RingCentral for Clio" in the Clio App Directory and the RingCentral listing on Lawmatics document RingEX phone calls, not AI Receptionist, so those cells stay not documented. In HubSpot's marketplace the listing is "RingEX by RingCentral". Its product page names "CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho to capture leads and update records automatically" (ringcentral.com/ai-receptionist.html, read October 27, 2026), but the same page footnotes its CRM sync feature line with "*Coming soon". We read that as not yet available, so its HubSpot cell is not documented too.

Ruby on HubSpot: a same-named app from another company

The "Ruby" app in HubSpot's marketplace is Ruby AI, a sales-intelligence product, not Ruby Receptionists. Ruby's own integrations page has a HubSpot card, "Bring new leads into HubSpot and update contact data automatically" (ruby.com/solutions/integrations, read October 27, 2026), with no setup guide, so the cell is via Zapier. Ruby's strength is on the legal side: it is listed in both the Clio and MyCase directories.

Smith.ai: one row, two products

The matrix counts Smith.ai once, but its pages split. Its Clio App Directory listing describes how "Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists", the live service, works with Clio. The Jobber and ServiceTitan pages list "Virtual Receptionists" under "Works with", not AI Receptionist. If you are buying the AI plan, confirm the integration covers it.

NextPhone: most integrations sit on its second plan

NextPhone documents 9 built-in tools, but only Clio's directory lists it. Its pricing page puts "Updates your CRM, including HubSpot, Clio" on the Growth card, not the entry plan (getnextphone.com/pricing, read October 26, 2026). Its Jobber page says the connection "integrates directly with Jobber" (getnextphone.com/integrations/jobber, read October 27, 2026).

Posh, Goodcall and Abby Connect: logos and catalogs

Posh's page says "Whether you use Clio Grow or Clio Manage, we'll seamlessly integrate" with no mechanism, and Clio's directory does not list Posh: via Zapier. Goodcall's tool pages are templated ("offering seamless integration") with no setup guide: via Zapier.

Abby Connect calls every catalog entry native, yet the GoHighLevel, MyCase, Jobber, ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro directories do not list it. Those cells stand on Abby's own pages, at the vendor-docs level.

Our arithmetic: no sums in this table. Each price is the plan as the vendor's pricing page lists it, and the plan named is the lowest whose card lists the feature. Taxes, setup fees, add-ons and Zapier's own subscription are not included. How we price.

NextPhone's entry plan books into Google and Outlook calendars; the CRM connections behind most of its built-in cells start on Growth, set up by its team. Rosie lists Zapier under "All plans include", while booking onto your calendar starts on Scale. Smith.ai's free plan lists "Native integrations (Clio, Zapier & more)" (smith.ai/pricing/ai-receptionist, read October 26, 2026). My AI Front Desk says Zapier is "included on every plan" (myaifrontdesk.com/integrations, read October 27, 2026).

One receptionist you would hire costs $4,399 a month on the May 2025 BLS median wage, at any call volume. The hire vs AI receptionist cost model prices a hire and these services at the same call volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which AI receptionist integrates with the most tools?

Smith.ai and Abby Connect each show a built-in connection for 10 of the 11 tools we track, read October 27, 2026. Several of Smith.ai's pages list only its live receptionists under "Works with", and Abby Connect is a live and AI service that bills by the minute. NextPhone documents 9 built in, most of them on its Growth plan.

Does a Zapier integration mean an AI receptionist works with my CRM?

Not on its own. A Zapier app means you can build a Zap from the receptionist's call trigger to your CRM's write action, and you pay Zapier for it. The CRM's Zapier app sets the limit: Clio's offers Create Person Contact, Jobber's Create Client.

Has anyone tested these AI receptionist integrations?

No cell on receptionistprices.com has been tested on a test account yet. Each built-in cell is either a listing in the tool's own app directory or the vendor's own documentation, and the tool pages say which, with a link.

Which AI receptionists book directly into Google Calendar?

11 of 18 vendors we track document a built-in Google Calendar connection, read October 27, 2026: Abby Connect, Dialzara, My AI Front Desk, NextPhone, Phonely, Posh, Rosie, Ruby, Smith.ai, Upfirst and Vapi. Smith.ai's Google Calendar page lists its live receptionists, not its AI Receptionist. Plan rules apply: Rosie books on its calendar from its Scale plan, and Dialzara's calendar sync starts on Business Pro.

Do AI receptionist integrations cost extra?

Sometimes. NextPhone lists CRM updates on its Growth plan, $299/month for unlimited calls, not on its entry plan. Smith.ai's live receptionist pricing page charges "$0.50/call per additional CRM" (smith.ai/pricing/receptionists, read October 26, 2026). A Zapier connection also needs your own Zapier account.

What does "not documented" mean in the integration matrix?

Neither the receptionist's own pages nor the tool's app directory showed a connection when we read them on October 27, 2026. It is not proof that one is impossible. Ask the vendor for a setup guide or a test call.

How these numbers were made

Every vendor price on this page was read from the vendor's own pricing page on the date in its Source cell and saved as a dated capture. Monthly costs use each vendor's cheapest published plan for the volume plus its published overage, at 3-minute calls. The in-house figure uses the BLS median wage for receptionists over 2,080 paid hours (paid leave included), other employer benefit costs and turnover, each from the BLS release named below. Vendors that hide prices stay in the tables as quote only. We do not test answering quality and publish no ratings.
